We have used Edge on a number of occasions for various jobs with varying degrees of complexity.

I clearly remember the first time I saw Jim and a couple of his crew in our workshop.

I didn’t recognise them but they had an air of professionalism and ownership about them. They had come in to repair a large old CNC vertical borer that we had countless issues with and that a few other service engineers had failed to resolve.

Edge “took the bull by the horns “ and within a week or so we were back up and running. All of us in the machine shop were well impressed, so impressed in fact, that Edge is now our default option for anything we can’t do ourselves.

Since then we have had a Jig borer re anchored and levelled, scales and DRO’s installed , a major repair on a Spindle drive motor and we are about to have another large vertical borer re anchored and levelled. We also have the scraping of slide ways planned on on a Manual Jig borer. (This is not something many other companies can offer).

Jim and his guys are a pleasure to work with and it always impresses me how they won’t sign off a job until they are certain you are 100% satisfied, and they always leave with suggested improvements or precautions.

These guys come highly recommended.
